Up to & including Dec. 18 (Friday):

Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service ought to be able to deliver by Dec. 24 in time for Christmas, but there's no guarantee. 

Shipping on Wednesday, Dec. 21, might work using Priority Mail if you're on the US east coast or mid-west, but that'd be pushing the envelope.  If you're cutting it that close, and you need it by Christmas, your best bet would be to use Express Mail service (next).
 

Priority Mail might make it in time for Christmas, especially if you're close to Florida, where my shop is located.

Priority Mail Express is your best bet.  The Postal Service delivers Priority Mail Express (not Priority Mail) on Christmas Day.  Packages shipped by Dec. 23 ought to be delivered either the day before Christmas, or on Christmas Day.

In theory, a package mailed early on Thursday, Dec. 24, would be delivered on Christmas Day, but I wouldn't count on it. You'd actually be lucky if your package was mailed on Wednesday, Dec. 23 and it's delivered Christmas Day.

Note: For Priority Mail Express, the postal service contracts with FEDEX... so "No" your package won't arrive any earlier by sending it FEDEX instead of USPS.

Priority Mail Express delivers on Christmas Day.  Although the Postal Service says it'll provide next day delivery on Christmas Day past history has shown that's likely true for packages shipping to the east coast and mid-west.  It's possible elsewhere, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.

Shipments to Europe and beyond should ship-out immediately via Global Express Guaranteed.  We can get the package in your county rather quickly, but there's no telling how long it'll take to pass through the Customs agency in the receiving country.

Global Express Guaranteed: A 2-pound (0.9 kilo) package would take 2 days to arrive in country, and cost about $136.
