Super cool, vintage cardigan sweater from ALPS Sportswear.  This great sweater is made of 100% virgin wool in a light creamy beige with a dark brown trim and dark brown leather elbow patches on the back of the sleeves, also features super cool antiqued gold metal buttons with what appears to be the designers name embossed on them and the numbers 1512.
